Week 9
So I've been busy trying to save myself. This could either blow up in my face, or I could save myself again.
First off, Cassi winning Power of Veto was best case scenario. It prevented her from being nominated, and it made sure Frank and I had a chance to both survive. Granted, I don't play this game for two people. I play this game for myself. So of course I'd rather want myself vetoed. But with Frank having powers, it only made sense for him to be vetoed, and to take a chance at me being saved.
Annie gets nominated. I talked to Kristen about working with her. Ha! I sent Josh and Kevin PMs to keep me, but those fell on deaf ears. Cassi told Frank she couldn't vote out Annie. So I focused all my attention on Shane.
Shane has my fate in this game in his hands. The poor kid told me he has no Final 3, Final 4, Final 5. He just kept going, and it made me sad he feels alone in this game. I hope I can take him far with me. But the issue is that I offered him a Final 2 deal. This is all online and just for fun, but I'm here to win. It's been too long. So I told him that in hopes of securing his vote. And who knows, I could end up fulfilling it if Frank gets evicted eventually. We'll see (I must be a really shit ally this game).
I campaigned pretty hard against Annie. It sucks I had to go up against a good friend, but after campaigning, Annie has a lot of ties in the house. So it's actually a good thing if she gets evicted. If I find Cassi online soon, I'll try to chime in her ear too. But for now, my eggs are in Shane's basket.

Winner winner chicken dinner. Week 10
Woohoo! I won Head of Household. I have to say, scrolling through results, after I saw Josh mess up, I was pretty confident. It seemed Kevin's mouth was tricky for just about everyone. And I had a perfect score beyond that.
Since I won Head of Household, I was in a super easy position as far as nominations are concerned. I had Cinnamon Buns/Kevin/Josh as an alliance I needed to break up, and even if the one of the three that I didn't nominate used veto, I would have Cassi as a replacement nominee. But deciding between Cinnamon Buns/Kevin/Josh was tough, but in the end I nominated Cinnamon Buns and Kevin because I thought they had the best chance at winning the veto competition. Cinnamon Buns was a guaranteed nom because I'm not sure if she has a power. Hopefully I can guaranteed flush that out this week.
So the veto competition is to guess what percentage of pre-jury picked a certain answer in a poll question. I got the first two questions off the bat. I'm thinking I'm gonna win this no problem. And then Cassi and Josh get a point and I'm feeling pretty comfortable. Then Josh gets another point and I start freaking out. Josh and I are tied, and there are only a few questions left. Cassi gets the next two, so she's in the lead now with 3, leaving me and Josh with 2. And what do you know? Josh and I tied for the last question, making it a 3 way tie between me Josh and Cassi. I WAS FREAKING OUT. I could not press the refresh button any faster.
I was thinking Josh was gonna win PoV, veto Kevin, Cinnamon Buns's gonna pull out her DPoV and veto herself and nominate Frank, for just one waste of a week.
It all came down to the tiebreaker (which I'm horrible at). Josh gave a low answer, and Cassi gave a high answer, and I was in the middle close to Cassi's answer. So Josh had a lot of freedom to win had the answer to the tiebreaker been a lower number. But thank goodness the tiebreaker answer was higher than all three of our answers, making Cassi the winner of the Power of Veto.
Plan now is for noms to stay the same, but if she uses it Josh will go up. And I wouldn't think twice about it. Best case scenario is Cassi not using it. I doubt she would, as we've been leaving offline messages for each other's enjoyment. But we'll see how it goes.
Overall, successful week for me. At a time I feel having HoH with it's safety net is crucial. Hopefully my boys Shane and Frank come out this week unscathed too.

If nominations stay the same, my target will be Kristen. There's advantages of evicting both, but I would evict Kristen.

Week 10
So Cassi aim'd me asking about using veto, so I assumed she wanted to use it. I was just waking up at this moment (kudos to me for leaving messenger on). I aim her, preparing myself like an attorney about to explain why Kristen and Kevin shouldn't be vetoed. Cassi said "So what do you want me to do?"
I said, "I want nominations to stay the same".
Then Cassi said, "They will then "
I was typing, "b/c Kristen as a pow..."
I stopped. Holy crap. Did Cassi just give me what I wanted out of this week? She respected me as HoH, and would like to carry through with my wishes? And even then, had I wanted to backdoor someone, it sounded like she would've supported that too.
I'm super grateful with Cassi as an ally. It sucks though. Shane and Cassi are both really good to me. But Frank's my ride or die. I have to catch up with Shane soon, to keep that relationship fresh.
Alright, now waiting for veto ceremony :-)

Week 10
Hold the phone. My supposed final 2 is trying to get Kevin evicted when he knows my target is Kristen.
FUCK THAT AND FUCK YOU TOO FRANK.
I would've been open to that had he told me about it. But he wants to do it like a little rat, and go behind my back about it. Why did I have to hear about your plan to evict Kevin through Shane, Frank?
Why. Why. Why. What did I do Frank? Tell me, because I'm pretty open to communication sir. And I would've greatly taken your suggestion, and probably supported you, just like I supported you with evicting Matt week 4.
But the fact he's willing to vote against my wishes, and not tell me hoping for eviction to go through beforehand is a super low blow Frank.
I know he used his powers on me. But that does not mean you get to do whatever the hell you want. Talk to me next time. Because now I want Kristen out more than ever (and Shane and Cassi will make it happen for me). It's the principle now. I'm evicting Kristen on principle.

Week 11
So Kevin won HoH and nominated me and Shane. I didn't want to win veto because Frank would be nominated, and I didn't want to have to choose between two people I gave my final 2 for.
Kevin won veto and vetoed Shane and nominated Frank, ending our Chilltown run this season. I'm not campaigning against him. It's my fault Kevin's still in the game anyway lol.
I was actually considering going on an angry tirade against the whole house to help secure Frank's stay in the house, but I decided against it. Mainly because I don't have time to act all angry when I'm not.
So now onto eviction. Good luck Frank! And if this is my last DR, thanks for the game hosts!
